I'm looking forward to working with the students, faculty, and staff as Principal of Liberty Elementary School this year! I'll work diligently to ensure that we exceed expectations while engaging our families in a strong partnership! I attended Western Illinois University where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education in 1992. I taught in the Chicago area until moving to Clarksville with my family in 2009, then began teaching at Ringgold, during which, I earned my master's degree in Educational Leadership at Austin Peay State University. I was the Academic Coach before becoming an Assistant Principal serving both Ringgold and Minglewood in January of 2018. I joined the Mighty Oaks full time the next year until May of 2021. I was honored to join the Liberty Lions as an Assistant Principal at the start of 2021 until becoming principal in November! All of us possess the power to succeed and together, we can make a difference!
