Mighty Oaks Counseling
School Counseling
School counselors provide a range of services to support each and every student in the development of academic skills, executive functioning skills and overall well being. This is accomplished through data-driven, student-focused school-wide programs, whole group lessons, small group lessons and individual counseling support. School counselors also provide connection to school-based (CMCSS social workers, Centerstone counselors, Military Family Life Counselors) and community-based resources. Parent/guardian consent is always obtained prior to providing any student or family information to non-CMCSS supports.
Meet our School Counselors
Maya Roe:
Hi! My name is Maya Roe, and I came to Clarksville, TN with my Army husband and our two kids. I am from Florida, and I studied school counseling at the University of Florida. As an Army spouse, I have worked in 3 states and several school districts. This has led to my versatile experience with children and has enhanced my ability to serve them at their level. I look forward to working with your child and helping them grow.
As a school counselor, I have the opportunity to work with students in classroom guidance lessons, small group sessions, and individually. Other roles I hold at our school are 504 plan coordinator, FUEL distribution coordinator, and holiday assistance contact.
If you have any questions or concerns about your child or about the services I can provide, please feel free to contact me by email or my office phone.

I provide Social/Emotional Learning lessons for our 3rd-, 4th-, and 5th-grade students. I also provide students with individual counseling and group counseling. Other roles I hold at our school are 504 plan coordinator, FUEL distribution coordinator, and holiday assistance contact. You can contact me by email or through my office phone.
