Hi, I'm Georgette Michalenko and having been teaching at CMCSS since August 2005. I graduated from Austin Peay State University in May 2005. I've taught 2nd grade at Woodlawn Elementary for 10 years. I have been at Minglewood for 6 years; one year teaching 3rd grade, the 1.5 years teaching 2nd grade and this is my 3rd year as the ELL teacher. My husband and I have 2 children, a cat and a dog. Our daughter will be entering the 7th grade this year. We also have a 7 year old son and he attends the Spanish Immersion program. I'm originally from San Antonio, Tx. I came to Clarksville because of the Army. My father was stationed at Fort Campbell for 7 years. He is currently retired. I enjoy reading books, scrapbooking, fishing, watching movies, and hanging out with my family.
