Each week I send home a weekly newsletter in student's Take-Home Folders. Please be sure to check the newsletter for important information.
Homework is assigned every Monday and is due by Friday. Also, please spend time reading with your child daily.
Math Fact fluency is very important in 2nd grade. Second graders are expected to know their math facts up to 20. We will work on this in class throughout the year, but practicing them at home really helps your student master them quicker and more easily. Thanks for your help!
Our school supports positive behavior growth based on the Mighty Four expectations below. I also use Class Dojo to encourage my students to make appropriate and healthy choices on their own.
